A Contractor Is Expected To Operate The Svz Independently And To Provide The Delivery Services, Including All The Necessary Upstream Processes, Consistently, With The Necessary Hygienic Care And In The High Quality Desired By The Lmu Klinikum, Taking Into Account All Qualitative And Quantitative Special Features. Ensuring A High-Quality, Food-Hygienic Supply Of Patient Meals 365 Days A Year Is Of Essential Importance To The Lmu Clinic. The Operator Is Responsible For Providing The Service And Will Ensure That The Delivery Is Replaced In The Event Of An Accident. The Content Of The Service Is The Provision Of Individually Portioned Meals Early, Midday And Evening For Approx. 2,000 Patients Daily, The Provision Of Ward Requirements And The Raw Materials For Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks As Well As The Provision Of Up To Approx. 1,800 Staff Lunches Daily As Well As Returns Sink.
