The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Provision Of The Necessary Hardware Equipment For The Operation Of The System. Conducting Specialized Training For The Specialists Who Will Work With The System. All Children Who Can Be Adopted Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption And All Persons Who Wish To Adopt A Child Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption Should Be Registered In The System. It Should Contain Data On: 1) The Children Who Can Be Adopted Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption; 2) The Persons Who Wish To Adopt A Child Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption And The Data From The Electronic Platform; 3) The Expressed Preferences Of The Persons Who Wish To Adopt A Child Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption; 4) All Stages Of The Procedures Related To Adoption; 5) All Circumstances Relevant To The Adoption. As Part Of Neispo, An Electronic Platform For Applying For Adoption Of Children Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption Should Be Created And Maintained. Neispo Will Be Established In Accordance With Ordinance No. Rd-06-46 Of 04.11.2024 On The Procedure For The Registration, Management, Storage, Maintenance And Functioning Of Neispo, Approved By The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy (Promulgated Sg No. 97 Of 2024). The System Itself Will Have A Web-Based Interface And Will Be Installed On Servers Of Mtsp, Which Will Be Purchased (Including Storage) Within The Project. Methodical Guidelines For Working With Neispo And The Electronic Platform For Applying For Adoption Of Children Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption Will Be Developed, Both For The Employees Of The Ministry Of Health And Welfare, As Well As For Prospective Adopters. Specialized Training Will Be Organized And Conducted For The Specialists Who Will Work With The System. The Project Is Aimed At Improving The Adoption Process Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption By Creating, Leading And Maintaining A National Electronic Information System For Full Adoption, Including By Creating And Maintaining An Electronic Platform For Applying For Adoption Of Children Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption, Which Is An Integral Part Of Neispo. After The Creation Of The Electronic Platform For Applying For The Adoption Of Children Under The Conditions Of Full Adoption, Which Will Be An Integral Part Of Neispo, Prospective Adopters Will Be Able To Submit An Electronic Application According To A Template For Obtaining Permission To Be Registered In Neispo.
