The General Scope Of Planning And Services Is Based On The Hoai Service Profile. The Basis And Regulations For The Fee Are The Hoai 2021 And The Final Evaluated Fee Offer From The Contractor. For The Time Being, Performance Level 1 Is Awarded For The Entire Measure With Preliminary Planning, Draft And Approval Planning (Lph 2-4 Hoai 2021). The Staff Building And The Outdoor Facilities In The Area Surrounding The Staff Building Are Protected As Historical Monuments, So That All Structural Measures Must Be Coordinated With The Monument Protection Authority In Accordance With Their Requirements Before Construction Is Carried Out. Roof Renovation Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Construction Project. This Is Planned As A Separate Measure And Will Be Implemented Before Construction Of The Complex Renovation Begins.
