Excavating And Earthmoving Work – Framework Agreement For The Laying Of Pipelines And Accessories, Opening And Closing Of Trenches. This Works Contract Concerns The Opening And Closing Of Trenches As Well As The Installation Of Water Pipes And Their Accessories, Including The Repair Of Surface Coverings. The Contractor Must In Particular Carry Out The Resumption Of Specific Connections On The New Pipe If This Is Requested By The Client. The Contract Covers Sites Of Approximately 15 Km Per Year In Total And Will Be Awarded To 3 Successful Bidders Between Whom The Sites (Subsequent Contracts) Will Be Distributed Equitably (Approximately 33% Of The Contract, Without This Information Being Binding On The Contracting Authority). The Municipalities Concerned Are: Braine Lalleud (Section Of Braine Lalleud), Waterloo, Ottignies-Louvain-La-Neuve, Braine Le Château (Section Of Wauthier-Braine), Lasne, Genappe, Court-Saint-Etienne, Mont-Saint-Guibert, Rixensart (Section Of Genval), Villers-La-Ville, Les Bons Villers (Section Of Villers-Perwin), Wavre, La Hulpe, Tubize And Hélécine. In Accordance With The Applicant Decree, Requiring Applicants To Coordinate Before, During And After Road Works, The Contractor Will Also Work For Other Network Managers. Authorization Requests And Coordination Of Construction Sites Will Be Done Via The Powalco And Klim-Cicc Platforms. For Certain Projects, It Is Possible That The Installation Of Cables, Ducts And/Or A Gas Pipe May Be Requested, In Consultation With The Other Road Users Concerned. If The Trench Is Used For The Installation Of Several Contractors (Multiple Installation), The Contracting Authority Acts As A Purchasing Center On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement. The Trench Costs Will Be Shared According To A Distribution Key, Imposed On The Successful Bidder, Which Will Have Been Defined By Mutual Agreement Between The Participants And Paid By Each Applicant To The Successful Bidder.
