Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Sawin Commune. 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste In A Manner Ensuring The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation And Recycling Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399) And The Currently Applicable Implementing Acts To The Above Act, Provisions Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship And The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Sawin Commune, In Force During The Duration Of The Contract, In Particular: A) Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste, Regardless Of The Weather Conditions, From Any Place In The Residential Real Estate Located In The Sawin Commune, Including: Supplying The Real Estate With Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste B) Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Indicated By The Ordering Party Municipal Waste Indicated In § 2. Point 11 Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Sawin Commune, Delivered By The Inhabitants Of The Sawin Commune To The Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) On The Day Of Its Opening. Pszok Is Located In The Town Of Malinówka And Accepts Waste Once A Month On The Last Monday Of The Month From 9:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. In The Months Of October-March And From 11:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. In The Months Of April-September. C) Collection And Management Of Waste From Illegal Landfills; D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize A One-Time Collection Of Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste From All Properties Residing In The Sawin Commune During The Term Of The Contract: - August 2026. 2) Waste Collection Locations: - Number Of Properties (Single-Family And Homesteads) - Approx. 1,400, - Number Of Multi-Family Properties (Cooperatives And Communities) -5. A Map With Address Points In The Sawin Commune Is Available In The Spatial Information System Of The Commune Map Portal Sawin.E-Mapa.Net, 3) Number Of Registered Residents Of The Sawin Commune - 5,205 (As Of: 31/12/2024), 4) The Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Collected From The Property Will Be Approximately 550 Mg. The Estimated Annual Amount Of Waste Expected To Be Collected From Pszok Will Be Approximately 100 Mg. The Amount Of Waste Generated In The Sawin Commune Is Not Dependent On The Ordering Party. The Determined Amounts Are Estimated And May Change According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Amount Of Waste Generated By Producers, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Compensation For Achieving Other Amounts.
