Construction Work - Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Selection Of Contractors For Carrying Out Current Repairs, Emergency Repairs And Individual Construction And Installation Works In Properties, Part Of The Housing Fund Of The Ministry Of Defense, Under The Management Of The Executive Agency Military Cubes And Military Recreation. The Current Open Procedure Is For The Award Of A Public Contract For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With The Subject: Performance Of Current Repairs, Emergency Repairs And Separate Construction And Assembly Works In Properties, Part Of The Housing Fund Of The Ministry Of Defense, In The Management Of The Executive Agency Military Cubes And Military Recreation. The Contracting Authority Concludes A Contract With Three Contractors. If, During The Procedure, It Is Established That There Is Not A Sufficient Number Of Potential Contractors Who Meet The Selection Criteria And/Or A Sufficient Number Of Offers That Meet The Pre-Announced Conditions, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement Only With The Participants Who Meet The Selection Criteria And Whose Offers Meet The Pre-Announced Conditions, Regardless Of The Fact That The Number Of Ranked Participants Will Be Less Than Three.
