The Estimated Average Of Monthly Hours Is Up To 12 (Twelve) Hours, However, Due To The Impossibility Of Predictability, Especially Regarding The Need For Computer Maintenance And Systems Updating, The Bidding Will Be Based On Global Value Bids. Therefore, The Amount Is Monthly And Fixed Regardless Of How Many Calls Are Made, And The Amount May Vary From Month To Month.
Information And Communication Technology Services, Including Equipment Maintenance, Software Installation And Configuration, Solving Operating Problems Or Virus Attacks And Advice For Technical Support, According To The Following Specifications: Preventive Maintenance Of Desktop Computers And Notebooks, Servers And Peripherals, Printers And Multifunctionals, Cleaning, Upgrading, Optimization And Performance Testing, Formatting, Removal Of Viruses, Repair Of Operating Systems, Boards And Other Components, Replacement Of Components And Parts When Necessary; Data Volume Management And Error Logs And Threat Detection Reports Via Antivirus Tool; Diagnosis And Periodic Assessment Of Equipment; Updating Operating Systems And Software Essential To Institutional Functioning; Implementation Of Security Measures, Including Installation And Update Of Antivirus And Firewall; Execution Of Backup And Data Recovery Routines; Proactive Fault Identification; Repair Of Hardware And Software Faults; Replacement Of Defective Components (When Authorized By The Contractor); Recovery Of Systems Compromised By Technical Failures Or Cyber Attacks; Reconfiguration Of Networks And Systems; Logical Network Maintenance Per Access Point; Operating System Formatting; Software Installation And Configuration; Firewall And Access Permissions; Creation And Configuration Of The Use Of Service Terminals; Ups Maintenance, Ups Battery Replacement (1500Va) (When Authorized By The Contractor); Monthly Technical Support For Inspection Activities For Rental Contracts For Computerized Systems; Specialized Technical Support To The Planning Team In The Stages Of Preparation Of Preliminary Technical Studies (Etp), Planning Of Systems Contracting, Acquisition Of It Equipment And Supplies; According To Terms Of Reference.
