Tender For Additional / Alternator To Perimeter Security Fence At Beas Mil Station; 2 Surface excavation n. exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep including surface dressing, cutting of bushes, shrubs, hurbs and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 3 Removing excavated material / buses / shurbs etc to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 4 Removing excavated material / buses / shurbs etc to a distance exc 250m but n. exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 5 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground as per site requirement from concrete, brick work and masonry complete all as specified and directed. 6 Dismantling barbed wire, any type, any description from fencing post (RCC or steel) complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, any description from fencing post (RCC or steel) complete all as specified and directed. 8 Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum each getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good surfaces in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations of post and struts including formwork if required complete all as specified and directed. 10 S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron (size 50x6mm) fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including and all necessary drilling, bolting and riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or GdeE-165 all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F 10 mm diameter of shanks MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed with the other end each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but not exc 10cm long ofcomplete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply only MS round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, painting and fixed with chain link fencing with post Fe-290 or GdeE-165 complete all as directed. 15 Supply onlychain link fencing with galvanised mild steel wire, size of mesh 50x50mm and 3.8mm thick dia of wire complete all as specified directed. 16 Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type; to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire/string bolt/ line wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Chain link fencing, MS round bars line wire, MS flat, nut, bolts & washers shall be measured and paid separately. 17 S&F GI barbed wire 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with provision of GI wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured) 18 Supply and fixing punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia made with high tensile strength galvanized mild steel wire 2.50 mm dia as per IS 4454 strip material (galvanized MS strip as per IS-1730)with angle iron "Y" shaped placed 3.00 metre apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T stud tied with G.I staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts on GI barbed wire tied to angle iron with reinforced barbed tape (RBT)/ spring core 2.6mm dia wire minimum barb 9 mm width, loop spacing 250± 20mm, coil length 9 metre and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.Note :-(i) Themake of concertina coil & barbed wire shall be approved by GE conforming to the specifications beforeprocurement.(ii) Mild steel angle (Y-Shape) shall be measured and paid separately. 19 Excavating in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation for walls, columns, fencing pits, cables, poles, under ground pipes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified. 20 Returning, filling in excavated soil, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified. 21 M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified 22 M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) including corbelling and arches if required complete all as specified 23 M&L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in coping chamfered or rounded on edges angles including necessary form work complete all as specified 24 M&L for Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L for dry boulder filling of size 50 to 63mm as in weep holes of protective work complete all as specified and directed. 26 S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore single socketed heavy duty in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified. 27 M&L for Rendering 15mm thickin cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 28 Material and labourforpreparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applyingtwo coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.
