Tender For Consultancy Services For Structural Design Drawings For Construction Of 207 Ors Defiotmaccn At Asc Centre & College At Bangalore.; 1 Provision of complete consultancy services (as listed below in item No 1 & 2) all as per relavent IS Code practice and std enginerring norms and practices complete all specified and as directed.(a) Preparation submission and finalisation of complete strl design for the arch and connected drgs as enclosed /listed in the list of drawings. While preparing drawings, the consultant shall adhere to design parameters given in tender documents, Scales of Accns, Scales of furniture for built in furniture, zonal specification, IS Code, NBC Code, GRIHA Rating system (for 3 star rating, local bye laws and BPs and AE II of the subject work. All these document can be obtained from the office of HQ CE Chennai Zone on any working days. In case any descripencies between these documents, the decision of Accepting Officer will be obtained before finalising the strl drgs. SBC report is already uploaded alongwith tender documents for preparation of strl drgs. These drgs shall be submitted in two phases (Preliminary and Final Drawings) for following structures:- 2 SINGLE LIVINIG ACCN FOR 207 OR (G+2), Total Plinth Area : 5291 Sqm 3 Cook House and Dining Hall for 207 OR, Total Plinth Area : 727 Sqm 4 NOTE :(a) The structural design will have to be get vetted from any IIT/NIT after obtaining Go-Ahead from E2 Section of HQ CE Chennai Zone and the same will be submitted to final approval of CE Chennai Zone after vetting of IIT/NIT. The cost of vetting of design from IIT /NIT shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of consultant and nothing extra shall be paid for the same. 5 (b) Final drawing shall be submitted inA1 size tracing paper, soft copy (CD) and five copies of hard copy in A1 size drawing paper.(c)Detailed structural drawings ofthe foundation with framed structurei.e. plan, elevation, section with dimensions of footing, pedestal and column junctions including details of sub base for foundation and reinforcement details for pedestals, footing and column including details at junction, foundation details of load bearing/non load bearing walls, details of specialized foundation such as raft foundation, connections between columns and filler walls etc.(d)Structural details (plan, section,reinforcement) of plinth beams, columns, lintel beams roof beams, floor slabs, roof slabs, sunken slabs, chajjas, projections, balcony, staircase, railings, RCC shelves and parapets, RCC/Brick Jalis, cooking platforms, cantilever beams & porches, mumty slab, brick steps, loft slabs and cupboard etc.(e) Typical reinforcement details of all structural members mentioned in para above with bar bending scheduls, lap joints and othe reinforcement details as per IS-456-2000.(f)Details of seismic and wind load provisioins incorporated in the design of the structures as per relevant BIS codes. 6 (g) Detailed technical notes for RCC work as per IS-456-2000 and other relevant BIS codes.(h) Structural details of kitchen slabs (cooking platforms), shelves, RCC sinks, cupboard shelves/ slabs, drainage covers, niches etc.(j) Detailed drawings for expansion/ crumple joint with joint arrangement as per relevant BIS codes(k) Green building construction (GRIHA 3 star ratings) and Compliance with national building codes.The whole design & drawing shall be checked & vetted by IIT /NIT and shall be approved by HQ Chief Engineer Chennai Zone . 7 Preparation & submission of BOQ & Yardstick stagewisefor followingbuildings as per the approved architectural & structural drawings as per standard MES practicesbased on MES SSR Part-II 2020 as well as current market rate :- 8 SINGLE LIVINIG ACCN FOR 207 OR (G+2), Total Plinth Area : 5291 Sqm 9 Cook House and Dining Hall for 207 OR, Total Plinth Area : 727 Sqm
