Tender For Repair Maintenance To Outdoor Condenser Units And Other Accessories To Acs At Ins Dronacharya Under Ge Fort Kochi; 1 Taking down/disconnection of all power supply electrical connection and refrigerant gas pipe line to split type ACs Non Inverter type any make/model/type of capacity 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR from existing location outdoor unit complete and transporting to local workshop for repair/servicing/replacement of defective spares like condensor unit made out of copper aluminium alloy, fan motors with blades and capacitors, valves, relays, outdoor unit PCB, connecting valves, internal connection cables, wires, including after replacement of above spares and dismantling the compressor for performance test and refixing back for testing including any leakage and arresting, normal cleaning, vacuumising, entire unit base patch work by replacing top and bottom base plates/covers spray painting two coats over a primer coat complete and re-transport to original unit location, refixing, reconnecting, testing and commissioning duly gas charging up to desired levels complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Spares for replacement of compressor, gas, copper pipe lines if required fixed necessary shall be measured and paid under relavent items. 2 Taking down/disconnection of all power supply electrical connection and refrigerant gas pipe line to split type ACs Non Inverter type any make/model/type of capacity 1.5/2.0/3.0 TR from existing location indoor unit complete and transporting to local workshop for repair/servicing/replacement of defective spares like evaporator cooling coil, PCBs, air inlet, air outlet electrical control panel, digital display, signal receptor, remotes, main control botton, moving air vent swing flaps and its motors code wires, thermostatic sensors, water outlet drain pipes, interconnection wires, horizontal louver, vertical louver, front pnel, air filter and blower motor assembly complete fanscomplete performance testing and leakage testing,arresting, normal cleaning, pressure washing, vacuumising, entire unit patch work by replacing outer body of suitable material including fixing base plate clamps on wall, re-transport to original unit location, refixing, reconnecting, testing and commissioning duly gas charging up to desired levels complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 3 Supply and Fix factory built hermatically sealed compressor unit suitable for 1.5 Ton, single phase, 230 V, 50 Hz capacity split/window type AC, testing the leak of compressor by charging Dry Nitrogen gas, evacuating the system and charging R-22/304 a/407 a/134 Refrigerent gas including taking out old unserviceable compressor with connected old material from the split type ACs/window ACs complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 4 Supply and Fix factory built hermatically sealed compressor unit suitable for 2.0 TR capacity, single phase, 230 V, 50 Hz capacity split/window type AC, testing the leak of compressor by charging Dry Nitrogen gas, evacuating the system and charging R-22/304 a/407 a/134 refrigerent gas including taking out old unserviceable compressor with connected old material from the split type ACs/window ACs complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 5 M & L for copper pipe of size (3/8 +1/4 set) including with new foam rubber such as nitrile foam rubber insulations and packings complete all as per site requirement all as specified and as directed 6 M & L for copper pipe of size (1/2 +1/4 set) including with new foam rubber such as nitrile foam rubber insulations and packings complete all as per site requirement all as specified and as directed 7 M & L for copper pipe of size (5/8 +1/4 set) including with new foam rubber such as nitrile foam rubber insulations and packings complete all as per site requirement all as specified and as directed 8 M & L for copper pipe of size (5/8 +3/8 set) including with new foam rubber such as nitrile foam rubber insulations and packings complete all as per site requirement all as specified and as directed
