Tender For Special Repair To Ber Transformers And Allied Work Under Ge West Pathankot.; 1 Supply, installing, testing and commissioning AC, 3 Phase, 50 HZ, 400 KVA Capacity transformer copper wound step-down outdoor type 11000/433 volts (at no load) double copper wound oil immersed(ON-AN) naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DY-11 (Vector Group) with neutral brought on secondary side (LV Side) and having tapping at +/- 2.5%, +/- 5.0% and +/-7.5% to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear.The maximum centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centigrade and the transformer shall be confirming to IS-1180 2014 level-3 EEL and comprising with the following standard fittings/accessories:-Note- (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing with arching horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing copper rods, nuts and washers.(b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four No’s porcelain with copper bushing rods complete with nuts and washers with one No cable glands suitable for reception of taking out 01 No 3.5 core, LT 1100 Volts grade, PVC sheathed and PVC insulated heavy duty armoured cable including gland joint and jointing materials complete. 2 (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge.(d) Dehydrating breather with first fill dehydrating agent (Silica Jel).(e) Explosive vent.(f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover.(g) One No 100mm dia type thermometer vapour pressure type having range (0-120) degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum temperature Indication with resisting electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil and dismantling/taking outof old earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.Notes:- (i) Up to 7.5 mtr length of pipe of 32mm dia and GI strip shall be deemed to be included unit rate quoted by tender.(ii) Resistance of earthing should be less than 1 ohmsfailing which the contractor will do the earthing again to achieve the desired result i.e less than 1 ohms. (iii) In case soil is not suitable same is to be replaced with good quality clay soil to achieve the desired result of less than 1 ohms. 7 Supply, laying and testing of 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty cable, 400sqmm 3.5 core, strip armoured with aluminium stranded conductor overall PVC sheathed confirming to IS-7098 Part-I and its latest amendments etc laid in trenches including taking down existing cable etc complete all as specified and directed.Note : Excavation & Earthwork shall be measured and paid separately. 8 Supply,testing and commissioning indoor L.T.Panel board factory fabricated outdoor cubicle typetotally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal enclosure with angle iron frame ofsize 75 x 75 x 06 mm , CPRI approved, IP-65for operation on 3 phase 4 wire, 440 volts 50 HZ system, with hinged panel opening doors (covers) on two sides with handles, bottom gland plate and locking arrangement consisting of sufficient Nos of circular cable entry holes at bottom only with suitable PVC/rubber/wooden bushes to prevent ingress of water/vermin etc, inside the enclosure, the required nos of holes to be fixed with chromium plated brass cable glands of suitable size for cable entry and exit complete with necessary internal wiring with stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated cables of adequate size, dulywith painted one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of gray or any other approved colour and bus bar rating 1000 Amp - 04 Nosmounted on epoxy insulator-01 Set completewith multifunction meter for measuring voltage, current, PF and phase indicating lamp, ammmeter with suitable size of CTs voltmeter, frequecymeter including connecting the accessories .All MCCB/ ACB panel should be single Tierfor easy cable termination.Cable termination space should be adequate to safely gland and terminate al/cu cables for the given current ratings with FormB seperation for Incoming MCCB / ACB feeders and For OutgoingMCCB feeders.
