scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good byfilling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed. 2 Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.0 sqm each includingsweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone, chippings, 6.3 mm size and again rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed. 3 Surface excavationn. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 4 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed. 5 Removing excavated soil not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&Lfor 100 mm thick (spread thickness) soling (or sub base)with broken boulders or quarried stone, 80mm to 40mm size, inter stices filled,surface formed,rolled & consolidated with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient & camber complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam laid in one layer,with coarseaggregateof grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) using lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite and surfaces oflayer will be blinded with screening and moorum, spread ,watered,rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using8 to 12tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L forpreparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny gags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqmusingpaving bitumen VG-10complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&Lforlaying premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumenVG-30 @binder content of4%by weightof total mix (design mix), prepared in hot mix plaint, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibratory roller etc complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny gags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqmusingpaving bitumen VG-10complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L forprovidingbituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical pavers over primed black top surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete using 10 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L forprovidingbituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 30mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical pavers over primed black top surfaces rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 10 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and as directed. 13 S&F in repair cat eye solarreflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick center or edge line, stop lines, dashes, arrows, etc and the like n exc 10 cm wide hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint (reflective type ) of uniform finishing with machine conforming to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read with most specification of 803 clause 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 on bituminous surface in white / yellow/ red colour and super imposed with glass slam beats conforming to BS 6088 and most specification 803 clause 4.3.3 including cleaning of surface by removing all dust dirt oil grease etc including removing of existing marking with spirit / kerosene / gas burner or mechanically on bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F in repair solar stud cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc, complete all as specified and directed. 16 S&F in repairmetal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomeric 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300) mmtype B-1 complete all as specified and directed. 17 Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L for proving and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including necessary excavation & earthwork, making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for 100mm thick (spread thickness) moorum/red bajri brought from out side MD land, filling in layers not exceeding 10cm thick, spread watered , rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.
