Comments Can Be Submitted By The Deadline Of 31 December 2025 At 9:00 A.M. By Downloading The Attachment Through The Tender Service. Description Of The Request For Information The Purpose Of This Request For Information Is To Inform The Market About The Upcoming Tender, To Survey The Market Situation, To Enable Comments To Be Made On The Future Procurement, And To Receive Information About The Procurement, So That The Actual Tender Can Be Carried Out In The Most Appropriate Way. You Cannot Submit An Offer To This Request For Information, But Only Submit Comments, Answers And Questions. These Will Not Be Answered. The Request For Information Does Not Obligate The Kymenlaakso Welfare District To Carry Out The Procurement As Described In The Request For Information. Answering The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Service Provider To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Later Participation In The Actual Tender. Failure To Respond To A Request For Information Does Not Preclude Participation In A Possible Tender, And Responding To A Request For Information Does Not Affect The Position Of The Service Provider In The Actual Tender. The Information Collected Through This Request For Information Will Remain Completely Confidential And Will Only Be Used For The Development And Planning Of The Procurement. Those Who Responded To The Request For Information Will Not Be Compensated For Responding To The Request For Information, And The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area Will Not Reimburse The Costs Incurred In Responding To The Request For Information.
