A Basket Of Assorted Breads Should Be Available, Including Wholemeal, Homemade, French, Dairy And Cornbread, Accompanied By Toast, Jam, Honey And Cottage Cheese. The Menu Must Contain Cold Cuts Such As Cheese, Ham, Salami, Mozzarella And Black Pudding, As Well As 01 (One) Type Of Porridge And 02 (Two) Types Of Cake, Which May Be Cornmeal, Chocolate, Corn, Orange Or Cassava. The Service Must Have A Gas Or Electric Grill For The Preparation And Maintenance Of Hot Dishes, Ensuring The Quality And Appropriate Temperature Of The Food Throughout The Event. The Execution Must Be Carried Out By A Complete Team, In Order To Ensure Efficient And Cordial Service To The Participants., Lot 1 - Lunch: The Lunch Service Must Include The Complete Supply Of Food, Equipment And Labor Necessary For The Perfect Execution Of The Event. The Menu Must Include 03 (Three) Hot Dishes, One Based On Meat, One Fish And One Chicken, Accompanied By 02 (Two) Types Of Salads, Rice, Mayonnaise, Farofa, 02 (Two) Types Of Desserts And Assorted Fruits. Drinks Must Include Juices, Soft Drinks And Sparkling And Still Mineral Water. All Items Necessary For The Proper Presentation And Consumption Of Meals, Glasses And Other Essential Utensils Must Be Provided. The Service Must Have A Gas Or Electric Grill For The Preparation And Maintenance Of Hot Dishes, Guaranteeing The Temperature And Quality Of The Food Throughout The Service Period. The Execution Must Be Carried Out By A Complete Team, Consisting Of Waiters And Support Staff, Ensuring Efficient, Cordial Service And Compatible With The Standard Required By The Administration., Lot 1 - Snack: The Snack Service Must Include The Complete Supply Of Food, Equipment And Labor Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Event. The Menu Should Include Cold Cuts And Natural Sandwiches, A Cold Cuts Board, Baked Snacks, A Variety Of Fruits Such As Bananas, As Well As Cakes In Cornmeal, Orange And Cassava Flavors.
