The Scope Of The Works Includes Partial Renovation Of District Roads In The City Of Radomsko (Total Length Of Roads 19.9 Km) Using The Following Technologies: - Partial Renovation Of The Surface With Mineral-Bituminous Mass In The Amount Of 250 Tons; - Partial Renovation Of The Surface Using A Recycler In The Amount Of 50 Tons; - Height Adjustment Of Manholes For Sewer Manholes In The Amount Of 50 Pcs. Note: The Number Of Works In A Given Technology Is Estimated Quantities Used To Compare Offers. 2. Detailed Description Of The Scope Of Works Referred To In Point 1. Specifies: - Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, - Detailed Technical Specification Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Has Only An Informative Function. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That Where In The Swz He Described The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. In The Case Of Functional And Performance Requirements, It Guarantees The Achievement Of The Values ​​Adopted In The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of The Features, Parameters And Properties Indicated Therein. The Quality Requirements In Connection With The Use Of The Price Criterion As A Criterion With A Weight Exceeding 60%, Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Are Specified In The Detailed Technical Specification And The Draft Agreement.
