1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Revitalization And Thermal Modernization Of A Multi-Family Building At Ul. Leśna 32 In Libiąż In The Scope Of: Installation Of An Internal Central Heating Gas Installation. And Domestic Hot Water Along With The Necessary Accompanying And Finishing Works. The Task Will Be Carried Out In Two Stages: 1) In Stage 1, The Contractor Will Perform A Complete Internal Gas And Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water In The Building Along With The Installation Of Gas Boilers (Which Will Allow Polska Spółka Gazownictwa To Connect Gas To The Building), Will Carry Out Tightness Tests Of The Installation And Provide The Documents Necessary To Sign Gas Supply Contracts. The Contractor Will Also Perform Electrical Installations, Adjust Chimney Flues And Perform Finishing And Accompanying Works.2) In Stage 2, After The Tenants Have Signed Individual Gas Supply Contracts, The Contractor:3. Will Start The Boilers, Hot Start The Installation And Adjust The Installation;4.
