The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation In The Form Of Design And Build Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Container Rural Care Center In Sośninka, For Which The Łaskarzew Commune Received Financial Assistance From The Own Funds Of The Masovian Voivodeship Under The Support Program Mazowsze For Local Integration Centers 2025 In The Amount Of Pln 200,000 Pln. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Employers Requirements In Terms Of Design, Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu, Together With The Annexes And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To Swz. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of A Building For A Village Community Center In Sośninka Commune. Łaskarzew, No. 69, 70, 333. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Stage I - Design Works• Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Investment,• Performing Geotechnical Tests,• Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Order (The Investor Has A Decision On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment),• Obtaining A Building Permit, Submitting A Notification Of Construction Works,• Preparing Cost Estimates To The Extent Necessary For Proper Settlement. Investment, Stage Ii - Construction Works• Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Projects That Will Result In The Creation Of A Fully Functional Building, • Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions Enabling The Use Of The Facility Notes: • As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, All Administrative Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Design And Implement The Subject Of The Order Should Be Obtained (Also Updated Or Verified, Depending On Needs). All Related Fees And Costs Are Borne By The Contractor.• The Given Architectural, Construction And Installation Solutions Should Be Treated As Proposals That Do Not Limit The Possibilities Of Other Solutions After Obtaining The Approval Of The Ordering Party.
