The Quantity Given Above Is An Estimate. It May Increase Or Decrease In The Event Of Circumstances Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, Including Unfavorable Weather Conditions.2. The Order Will Be Placed By Phone Or E-Mail And Will Specify The Quantity Of Oil Ordered Within A Maximum Of 3 Business Days. 7.30 - 15.30 On The Day Agreed With The Ordering Party. 5. The Delivered Fuel Oil Will Be Measured By The Certified Fuel Meter Installed On The Tank Truck Delivering The Oil In The Presence Of An Employee Authorized By The Ordering Party. 6. The Minimum Single Delivery Is 2,000 Liters. 7. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale Of Heating Oil To The Ordering Party, Loading And Transport Of The Oil To The Destination And Unloading. Oil.8. The Order Will Be Carried Out Using The Contractors Own Transport To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Order In The Sokoły Commune.9. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, Based On The Ordering Partys Needs, Specifying: 1) The Quantity Of Oil, 2) The Place Of Delivery And Unloading Of The Oil, 3) The Delivery Date: (However, This Deadline Cannot Be Longer Than 3 Business Days), 4) The Person Authorized To Receive The Oil Delivery. 10. The Ordering Party Submits A Request For Heating Oil By Telephone Or E-Mail. 11. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days (Monday To Friday) From: 7:30-15:30/12. Due To The Possibility Of Changing Current Needs During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To: 1) Reduce The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Causing A Change In The Value Of The Concluded Contract By A Maximum Of 50%. 2) Increase The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Causing A Change In The Value Of The Concluded Contract By
