The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Equipment, Including: 2.1. 60 Months Warranty For The Office Server And Serewr Gops2.2. 36 Months Warranty For Ups Type 1 Excluding Battery And Ups Type 2 Excluding Battery;2.3. 24 Months Warranty For Switch, Poe Switch, Router, Access Point Devices And Batteries In Ups Type 1 And Ups Type 2;2.4. Response Time To Reporting A Failure: Next Business Day (Nbd),2.5. Replacement Of Damaged Components Within 2 Business Days,2.6. In The Event Of A Hard Drive Failure, The Damaged Drive Remains With The Ordering Party.3.
