The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Catering Service, Consisting In Preparing, Delivering And Serving All Meals From Own Products On Working Days From Monday To Friday For The Duration Of The Contract. In Exceptional Situations Resulting From Changes In The Organization Of The Working Day Of The Kindergarten Department, The Hours Of Meals Served May Be Changed - After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure And Deliver To Kindergarten Departments The Number Of Meals Ordered For A Given Day. The Contractors Remuneration Is Due And Will Be Paid Only For Meals Actually Ordered And Delivered.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Meals In The Form Of Breakfasts With Vegetables For Sandwiches, Fruit, Milk Soup Or Cocoa Or Cereal Coffee Or Barley And Fruit Tea; Dinner In The Form Of Soup And Main Course With Salad (Vegetable) And Compote; An Afternoon Snack Consisting Of A Cereal Product, Milk Or Dairy Product And A Vegetable Or Fruit. - Breakfasts Are Announced By The Ordering Party Every Day At 8.30 A.M.
