The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of 24-Hour Permanent Protection In The Form Of Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property Together With The Support Of The Intervention Group In The Facilities Of The District Court In Busko-Zdrój Located At Ul. Kościuszki 5 In Busko-Zdrój And Protection Implemented In The Form Of Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property During The Courts Working Hours And 24-Hour Permanent Protection Implemented In The Form Of Monitoring Alarm Signals From The Premises Of The Protected Facility With The Support Of The Intervention Group In The Facility Of The District Court In Busko-Zdrój Located In Kazimierz Wielka (Local Departments) At Ul. Kościuszki 3. Scope Of The Order: Building No. 1 - Scope Of The Order: Building No. 1 - Providing Services In The Field Of 24-Hour Permanent Security Provided In The Form Of Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property With Support Of The Intervention Group In The Facility Of The District Court In Busko-Zdrój Located In Busko-Zdrój At Ul. Kościuszki 5, I.E. A) 24-Hour Provision To The Ordering Party Of Permanent, Direct Physical Protection Of Property Belonging To The Ordering Party (Building, Parking Lot, Adjacent Areas) And Protection Of Persons Staying In The Ordering Partys Building, Along With Monitoring Of Alarm Signals From The Premises Of The Protected Building. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor, With The Help Of Qualified Physical Security Workers Who Have Not Been Convicted By A Final Judgment For An Intentional Crime And Against Whom No Criminal Proceedings Are Pending For Such An Offense, Employed Under A Full-Time Employment Contract, Provide Permanent, 24-Hour, Direct Physical Protection Of Property And People In The Building Of The District Court In Busko-Zdrój Located At Ul. Kościuszki No. 5 And Had A License To Conduct Activities In The Field Of Protection Of Persons And Property And Had Its Own Intervention Group, Valid During The Period Of Contract Implementation. Building No. 2 - Providing Security Services In The Form Of Direct Physical Protection Of Persons And Property During The Courts Working Hours And Monitoring Alarm Signals From The Premises Of The Protected Facility With The Support Of The Intervention Group In The Facility Of The District Court In Busko-Zdrój Located In Kazimierz Wielka (Local Departments) At Ul. Kościuszki 3.
