Catering Services Should Be Understood As Preparation And Delivery To The Senior Activity Center, Ul. Janasa 11, Tarnowskie Góry Two Meals A Day, On Working Days, In The Form Of: - Breakfasts Delivered Between 8.00-8.30 (Up To 42 Meals) - Two-Course Meals (Lunches) Delivered Between 12.30-13.00 (Up To 42 Two-Course Meals) In Exceptional Situations Related To Changes In The Organization Of The Schedule Of Classes At The Seniors Activity Center, Meals May Be Delivered At A Different Time - After Prior Arrangement With The Contractor. 3. All Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, The Principles Set Out In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), Including The Implementing Acts To This Act And The Principles Of Rational Nutrition.4. The Caloric Value Of Meals Should Be Around 400-500 Kcal For Breakfasts And 600-800 Kcal For Lunches. Calories Should Come From A Variety Of Low-Processed Products Rich In Vitamins And Minerals. You Should Limit The Use Of Simple Sugars, Saturated Fats And Fried Foods. Dishes Should Be Easily Digestible, Usually Boiled, Baked Or Stewed. Raw Materials Used To Prepare Meals Must Be Of Good Quality, Fresh And Have Valid Expiration Dates. The Meals Will Include: A) Breakfast, Which Will Consist Of Products To Prepare 2 Sandwiches, E.G. Lean Meat Min. 40 G, Yellow Cheese Min. 40 G, Egg Paste Min. 80 G, Cottage Cheese Paste Min. 80 G, Scrambled Eggs Min. 100 G, Sausages - 2 Pcs. (Minimum 2 Ingredients Alternatively From Those Mentioned Above) And Each Time Fresh Or Pickled Vegetables Min. 80 G And Bread With A Portion Of Butter And A Portion Of Low-Sugar Jam Or Natural Honey; B) Two-Course Meals, Which Will Consist Of A 300 Ml Soup And A Second Course, E.G. Lean Meat Or Fish (Except Pangasius Fish) Min. 100 G Of Raw Product, Salad Or Cooked Vegetables Min. 120 G, Potatoes, Groats Or Rice Min. 80G; Second Vegetarian Dishes Are Allowed Three Times A Week, E.G. Stuffed Pancakes, Min. 300 G, Russian Dumplings Min. 300 G, Pasta With Sauce And Vegetables Min. 300 G. Instant Meals, Fast Food, Bigos And Pea Soup Are Not Allowed.5. The Order Will Not Include Drinks Such As Coffee, Tea, Compote, Water, Etc.6. All Hot Meals Should Be Transported In Insulated Containers That Maintain The Proper Temperature Of The Meals, Which Are Replaced When Meals Are Delivered The Next Day.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ongoing Control Of The Quality Of Services Provided. 8. The Ordering Partys Employees Will Be Responsible For Separating Meals From Transport Dishes Onto Plates And Distributing Them To The Residents Tables.9. The Ordering Party Provides Tableware And Disposal Of Post-Consumer Waste.
