1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Maintaining Cleanliness And Order At Three Municipal Municipal Waste Collection Points At Ul. Spichrzowa, Ul. Tkacka And Ul. Szkolna. 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Commune - The City Of Grudziądz. The List Of Municipal Waste Collection Points Which Are The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.3. The Scope Of Work Related To Summer Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Order At Municipal Waste Collection Points At Ul. Spichrzowa, Ul. Tkacka And Ul. Szkolna Consists In Particular In: 1) Collecting All Municipal Waste Outside The Containers, 2) Placing The Collected Waste In Containers Appropriate For A Given Fraction, 3) Free Transfer Of Waste That Does Not Qualify For Being Placed In Containers To The Point Of Selective Municipal Waste Collection (Pszok) In Grudziądz, Ul. Składowa 21, Run By Miejski Zakład Komunikacji Sp. Z O. O. Based In Grudziądz At Ul. Dworcowa 47,4) Sweeping The Area Inside The Points And The Adjacent Areas Within A Distance Of 2 M From Its Border,5) Weeding And Removing Weeds From The Areas Inside The Points And From The Adjacent Areas Within A Distance Of 2 M From Its Borders.4. The Scope Of Work Related To Winter Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Order At Municipal Waste Collection Points At Ul. Spichrzowa, Ul. Tkacka And Ul. Szkolna Consists In Particular In: 1) Removing Snow From The Area Inside The Points And From Adjacent Areas Within 1 M Of Its Border, 2) Removing Snow From The Lids Of Waste Containers, 3) Storing Snow In Piles Outside The Points, In A Way That Does Not Impede The Use Of The Points Or Road And Pedestrian Traffic, 4) Ensuring That The Removed Snow Does Not Cause Difficulties In The Collection Of Waste By The Waste Collection Entrepreneur Municipal.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
