The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Rescue Service Of The Indoor Swimming Pool In Napraw No. 700, In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2026, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 714, As Amended). And The Implementing Acts Issued Thereto. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Its Execution: 1) The Ordering Party Requires Continuous Rescue Personnel And Ensuring The Safety Of People Staying In The Swimming Pool Hall Of The Indoor Swimming Pool In Naprawa, Which Should Take Place In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2026, From Monday To Friday From From 12:00 To 21:00, Saturday, Sunday From From 9:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. And Holidays, I.E. Approximately 2,880 Hours In Total.2) The Ordering Party Requires A Permanent Staff Of 2 Lifeguards On Duty In Designated Areas Of The Swimming Pool Hall. 3) The Ordering Party Requires The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order With The Help Of Rescuers Indicated In The List Of Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Swz And To The Contract. The Contractor May Change The Persons With The Help Of Whom The Contractor Implements The Subject Of The Contract To Others With At Least Equivalent Rights. Lifeguards Are Required To Have The Required Qualifications In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations.4) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Swimming Pool Equipment During The Execution Of The Order In The Field Of Rescue, Auxiliary And Medical Equipment, Medicines And Dressing Materials As Well As Signaling Devices, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs Of February 27, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1607, As Amended) On The Requirements For The Equipment Of Designated Water Areas In Rescue And Auxiliary Equipment, Signaling And Warning Devices As Well As Medical Equipment, Medicines And Sanitary Articles.5) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide, At Its Own Expense, A Uniform Outfit For The Rescuers On Duty In Colors Approved By The Ordering Party With The Inscription Ratcownik On The Back Of The Shirt.6) The Ordering Party Requires That During Each Shift Of Rescuers A Shift Manager Is Appointed To Contact The Ordering Party, And This Fact Has Been Recorded In The Rescuers Work Schedule.3. Detailed Tasks Performed At The Lifeguard Position: A) Ensuring The Safety Of People Staying In The Swimming Pool Hall, Swimming, Bathing, Using Water Attractions (Water Jets, Air Massages, Geyser) From Monday To Friday From From 12:00 To 21:00, Saturday, Sunday From From 9:00 A.M.
