The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Change Of Use Of The Existing School Building To An Apartment Building. The Property Is Located Near Opavská Street, From Which The Entrance To The Property Is From The East Side, From Where The Entrances To The Property Are Also Oriented. The Existing Building Has A Partial Basement With Three Floors Above Ground And An Unused Attic. The Roof Is Gable With Half-Hips And Dormers Above The Entrances And Above The Staircase In The Central Part Of The Building. Construction Modifications Will Consist Of Layout Modifications In The Above-Ground Floors For The New Use Of Residential Units. The Apartment Building Will Contain 18 Residential Units When Completed. - On The 1St Floor There Will Be 6 Residential Units Of Size 2+Kk. - On The 2Nd Floor, There Will Be 5 Apartment Units Of Size 2+Kk And One Of Size 3+Kk. - On The 3Rd Floor There Will Be 4 Apartment Units Of Size 2+Kk, One Of Size 1+Kk And One Of Size 3+Kk. Three Rooms Will Remain In The Basement Used As Storage, A Boiler Room And A Cleaning Room. The Floor Plan Dimensions Of The House Will Be Preserved.
