Preparation And Delivery Of Food For Dg Perunika. General Conditions The Selected Contractor Should Prepare And Deliver Food To Dg Perunika, Sotirya Village. The Prepared And Delivered Food, Which Is The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Will Provide Food For Those In Need / Those Present For The Day / At The Perunika Kindergarten. The Educational Institution Will Operate With The Following Capacity: Eight Kindergarten Groups, With Children Aged 3 To 7 Years. The Number Of Children In A Group, On Average Per Day, Is From 12 To 20, A Total Of 150 Children Each Participant In This Public Procurement Should Have All The Resources (Personnel, Premises For Food Preparation, Means Of Transport And Permits) Necessary For The Preparation And Delivery Of Food. The All-Day Meal For Children From 3 To 7 Years Old Is A Four-Fold Diet, Which Includes Three Main Meals - Morning Breakfast, Lunch And Afternoon Snack, And One Complementary Breakfast - Between Morning Breakfast And Lunch. The Selected Contractor Of This Public Procurement Prepares A Four-Times Weekly Menu In Different Weights, According To The Age Limits Of The Users - For Children From 3 To 7 Years Old, Complying With All The Requirements In This Technical Specification. The Weekly Menu Is Prepared By The Contractor One Week Earlier / The Previous Friday And Is Presented To The Director Of Dg Perunika For Coordination And Possible Correction In The Same Period. Every Day, By 8:30 A.M., The Director Or A Person Authorized By Him, The Host Of The Kindergarten, Submits To The Contractor The Actual Number Of Children By Age Group Who Will Eat During The Day, As Well As The Number Of Portions. Breakfast Is Prepared According To The Number Of People Required And Submitted For Food From The Previous Day. The Technical Specifications - Appendix No. 1 Detail The Requirements For The Preparation And Delivery Of The Food. ​​​​​​​
