Transportation Will Be Carried Out According To A Schedule Determined By The Employer. The Employer Will Supervise The Performance Of The Services And Will Pay The Contractor With Whom A Contract Has Been Concluded For The Work Performed In Accordance With The Procedure Described In The Contract. The Direct Control By The Contracting Authority Of The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out By Authorized Representatives Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Is Obliged To Assist The Contracting Authority In Monitoring And Controlling The Services And To Allow The Contracting Authority To Inspect All Records And Documents Related To The Services It Provides Under This Public Procurement. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Employer About Any Planned Inspection By Other Authorities, So That The Employer Can Attend The Inspection If Necessary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Constant Communication With The Employer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Communication With The Citizens, Answering Their Questions And Taking Measures In Case Of Reports.
