The Object Of This Public Procurement Is A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Public Order Is For The Prevention, Diagnosis And Repair Of Medical Equipment, Grouped By Specific Items And Detailed By Nomenclature Units, Presented As The Name Of The Equipment, Brand/Model And Number In The Technical Specification Attached To The Instructions For Participation - Appendix No. 1. The Procedure Contains 31 (Thirty-One) Separate Items: Special Item 1 - Monitors Special Item 2 – Cardiotocograph Monitors Special Item 3 - Infusion Pumps Special Item 4 - Suction Pumps Special Position 5 - Echographs Special Position 6 - Ecg Special Position 7 - Eeg Special Position 8 – Emg Special Position 9 – Eng Special Item 10 – Holter Special Item 11 – Defibrillators Special Item 12 - Spirometers Special Item 13 - Sterilizers Special Item 14 - Tunnels For Intensive Phototherapy In Newborns Special Item 15 - Thermostats Special Item 16 - Autoclaves Special Item 17 - Centrifuges Special Item 18 - Patient Transfer Faucets Special Item 19 - Dryers Special Heading 20 - Microtomes Special Item 21 - Microscopes Special Heading 22 - Electric Knives Special Item 23 - Operating Tables Special Item 24 - Operating Lamps Special Item 25 - Buckets Special Item 26 - Tympanometers Special Item 27 - Fibrobronchoscopes Special Item 28 - Computer Tomographs Special Item 29 - Mammographic X-Rays Special Item 30 - Equipment For Imaging Department Special Item 31 – Endoscopic Equipment The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Service Contract. Place Of Execution - The Building Of Multispecialty Hospital For Active Treatment - Asenovgrad Eood, Town Of Asenovgrad, Aleksander Stamboliyski St. No. 28. The Contractor Cannot Impose Restrictions On The Number Of Requests For Repair Of Medical Equipment. Other Specific Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are: Provision Of Spare Parts By The Contractor, In Accordance With The Contractual Conditions; The Minimum Warranty Period For The Inserted Spare Parts Is 6 (Six) Months; Carrying Out Preventive Measures; Giving Instructions For The Correct Use Of Medical Equipment; When Carrying Out All Servicing Activities, The Contractors Transport Should Be Used, And Only In Cases Of Justified Necessity, Repairs Should Be Made Outside The Employers Base; When Executing The Order, The Participants Should Use A Service Base With The Necessary Town Planning Purpose. Participants Should Have Usage Rights For The Service Base. Method Of Payment: Payment Will Be Made By Bank Transfer, No Earlier Than The 5Th Of The Month Following The Month To Which The Service Relates, Based On A Tax Invoice And Copies Of The Protocols For The Work Performed For The Month, If Any, And No Later Than 60 Days From The Issuance Of The Invoice.
