The North-Facing Rooms Receive Internal Glare Protection. Inner Walls Load-Bearing Interior Walls Are Made Of Reinforced Concrete, Covered With A Gypsum Plaster And Painted In Accordance With Static Requirements. Non-Load-Bearing Partitions Between The Office Spaces Are Made Of Double-Planked Plasterboard Studs. The Interior Doors Should Be Designed As Floor-To-Ceiling Wooden Door Elements With The Necessary Fire Protection And Sound Insulation Requirements. Buildings A - D Are Each Separated From Each Other By Firewall-Type Walls. The Railings Of The Stairwells Are Made Of Steel Constructions, The Handrails Are Made Of Wood, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Accident Insurance Fund. Ceilings The Floor Ceilings Are Intended As Flat Ceilings With An Inner Row Of Supports, Without Any Beams For Reasons Of Flexibility, Thickness According To Static Requirements. The Ceilings In The Offices Are Designed As Sound-Absorbing Electric Blankets With Ceiling Edge Frieze. A Carpet Or Pvc Covering, Which Has Yet To Be Sampled, Is To Be Laid In The Offices. All Other Rooms Receive Floors According To The Respective Specific Requirements, E.G. B. Tiles.Roofsthe Supporting Structure Of The Differently Inclined Gable Roofs Consists Of A Steel Beam Construction According To The Structural Planning With The Layer Structure Required For Thermal Insulation And A Covering With Flat Clay Tiles. All Sloping Roof Surfaces Should Be Covered Extensively With Pv Panels For Their Own Electricity Consumption. Drainage Takes Place Via External Gutters And Rainwater Downpipes. Flat Roofs Are Sealed With Bituminous Material And Equipped With Extensive Greenery.
