Pollution Investigation Services – Analysis Of Surface Water Samples For Chemical Parameters. A Maximum Of 231 Samples Will Be Analyzed During The Entire Contract Period. The Samples Are Transmitted At Irregular Intervals With A Changing Number Of Samples. Experience Has Shown That A Changing Number Of Samples Are Sent To The Contractor Every Week. A Maximum Of 77 Samples Per Year Are Planned. The Sampling Is Spread Over 4 Quarters, I.E. Approx. 20 Samples/Quarter. The Samples Are Transmitted (= Retrieval From A Framework Agreement) At Irregular Intervals With A Changing Number Of Samples Via Dhl Parcel Shipping In Styrofoam Transport Boxes And Are Announced To The Contractor By Email On The Day Of Dispatch With A Shipping Cover Letter. The Client Bears The Shipping Costs. After Receiving Samples, The Contractor Sends A Confirmation Of Receipt To The Sender/Client Via Email (See Above). The Sample Bottles Must Be Returned As Quickly As Possible After The Analysis Has Been Completed. The Costs For The Return Will Be Borne By The Contractor And Must Be Taken Into Account In The Offer Calculation. The Test Reports Must Be Sent To The Client Within 4 Weeks Of Receipt Of Samples.
