It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Outsourcing Service For The Lausanne Opera. Currently, The Management Of Its It And Telephone Infrastructure Is Entrusted By The Opera To The Organization And It Service (Soi) Of The City Of Lausanne (Vdl), On The Basis Of A Service Contract. With The Exception Of Systems Related To Stage Technology, The Entire Infrastructure Is Managed By The Soi. The Opera Is Included In The Shared Soi Infrastructure And Is Considered Another City Service. The Needs And Risk Management Desired By The Lausanne Opera Cannot Be Provided In Full By The Soi. In This Context, The Management Wishes To Use The Services Of A Private Company. This It Service Provider Will Be Responsible For Implementing A New Modern And Secure Infrastructure Solution And Migrating The Opera’S Users And Data. At The End Of The Transition Phase, It Will Ensure The Management, Administration, Maintenance And Security Of The Services. The Opera Does Not Want To Have Internal It Management Skills And Wishes To Rely On A Single Partner.
