The Aim Of The Measure Is The Basic Renovation And Conversion Of The Listed Accommodation Buildings To The Current Accommodation Standard As Well As The Adaptation Of The Buildings To The Current State Of The Art. Taking Into Account The Building Structure, A Total Of 80 Accommodation Units Are To Be Implemented In Building Parts 15 And 16, As Well As Seminar And Common Rooms In Houses 15A And 16A. The Building Services Systems In The Building Complex Will Be Completely Renovated. For The Plumbing, Heating And Air Conditioning Trades, The Required Thermal Insulation Work Is Taken Into Account Separately In This Tender. Only Halogen-Free Insulation Should Be Used. Scope Of Work For All Buildings: - 213 M Of Thermal Insulation Will Be Provided For The Wastewater Ventilation Pipe. - 190 M Of Insulation For Sound Insulation On Sewer Pipes Is Taken Into Account. - 2,695 M Of Insulation Will Be Provided For The Drinking Water Pipes (Pwc, Pwh, And Pwh-C). - A Separating Layer Made Of A Total Of 54 Pieces Of Clamping Felt (97 M²) Is Taken Into Account In The Shaft. - 3,755 M Of Insulation Will Be Provided For The Heating Pipe. - Insulation Is Taken Into Account For All Fittings And Fittings In The Drinking Water And Heating Networks. - 1,120 M² Of Insulation Will Be Provided For Ventilation Pipes.
