Architectural And Related Services – Westerlo, Gerststraat District Replacement Building: Appointing Design Team. The Assignment To Be Carried Out Concerns The Construction Of New Residential Units In The Gerststraat-Haverstraat-Korenstraat-Molenstraat-Vlinderstraat District In Heultje (Westerlo). A New Project Should Be Built Here With A Number Of Residential Units Yet To Be Investigated Further. The Entire Neighborhood (57 Residential Units), Except For 2 Residential Units That Remain Private, Is Owned By Leefgoed, And The Public Domain Has Not Yet Been Fully Transferred. The District Is Located In The South-East Of Heultje (Residential Area) On The Edge Of The Village Fabric And Was Built In 1982. Leefgoed Bv Wishes To Realize Approximately 70 Homes On This Plot With Associated Facilities (Parking Spaces, Bicycle Shed, Etc.) Taking Into Account The Design Requirements Of Wiv, Leefgoed And Urban Development Regulations. Leefgoed Wants A Functional Building, Maintenance-Friendly And Energy Efficient, Yet With A Beautiful, Pleasant Architecture And Outdoor Environment. The Site Visit Is Mandatory For The Selected Candidates On Monday, January 26 Between 11 A.M. And 12 P.M. The Certificate Will Then Be Delivered To Those Interested. The Certificate Is Therefore Not Included In The Specifications. The Certificate Must Be Added To The Quotation By The Tenderer. According To Article 42, § 1, 2° Of The Law Of 17 June 2016, The Contracting Authority May, With The Agreement Of The Service Provider, Repeat The Contract For A Period Of 3 Years After The Conclusion Of The Original Contract. This For A Maximum Of 165% Of The Original Assignment And 90% Of The Assignment Must Be Identical.
