Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) – Food Transport Service. The Procurement Package Consists Of Food Transport As A Service In The Hospital Area, Which Includes The Pick-Up, Delivery And Return Of The Goods In Accordance With The Tender Documents. Food Is Picked Up From The Kitchen Located On The Hospital Grounds, As A Rule, By The Hospitals Thermal Carts And, If Necessary, By Thermal Boxes, And Delivered By Vehicle To The Patient Buildings Located On The Hospital Grounds. After The Meal, The Warming Carts And Warming Boxes Are Returned To The Kitchen. Food Delivery Takes Place Two (2) Times A Day At Lunch And Dinner Time. Food Delivery Must Work Every Day Of The Year, Including Weekends And Public Holidays. The Hospital Will Have Approx. 178 Patient Beds From The Beginning Of 2026, And Food Will Be Delivered To Four (4) Buildings Until Spring 2026. The Food Is Then Delivered To Three (3) Buildings. In The Near Future, The Number Of Patients Will Increase And The Food Delivery Will Expand Again To Four (4) Buildings. Since Not All Buildings Are Accessible, In Some Locations The Delivery Includes Carrying Thermal Boxes. The Total Time Spent On Food Transport Is Approximately Five (5) Hours Per Day, But There Is A Natural Break Between Lunch And Dinner.
