As Part Of The Performance, The Functionality Of The Reinforced Information System Ensuring The Safe Protection Of The Perimeter Of The Company České Dráhy, A.S. Will Be Verified. And Its Compliance With The Requirements For Cyber Security Will Be Verified According To §18, §19, §20, §22, §23, §24, §26 And §27 Of The Decree. In This Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Proceeds In Accordance With The Transitional Provisions Defined In § 71 Of Act No. 264/2025 Coll. On Cyber Security, Which Defines The Subject Of The Public Contract Following The Decree.
