Software-Related Services – Expansion Of The Artificial Intelligence Platform. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Agreement, The Contractor Will: 1) Develop A Technical Design; 2) Deliver And Install The Equipment To The Ordering Party; 3) Will Provide License Subscriptions/Perpetual Licenses For The Software Along With Manufacturers Technical Support In The 5/8 Standard For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Their Delivery; 4) Will Provide License Subscriptions/Perpetual Licenses For The Container Orchestration Software, For All Cluster Servers Indicated In Chapter 2 Of Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Along With Support From The Manufacturer/Producers Of The Container Orchestration Software, For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Their Delivery; 5) Will Implement The Expansion Of The Ai ​​Platform In The Ordering Partys It Environment In Accordance With The Technical Design Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, In Particular It Will Integrate The Security Modules Of The Ai ​​Platform After The Expansion With The Ordering Partys Security Systems; 6) Will Develop And Deliver: A) As-Built Documentation For The Ai ​​Platform, B) Administrative Documentation Describing, Among Others, Administrative And Maintenance Procedures For The Ai ​​Platform After Expansion, C) User Documentation Describing How To Work With The Ai ​​Platform After Expansion, D) Technical Card For The Ai ​​Platform After Expansion; 7) Will Prepare Test Scenarios For Internal And Acceptance Tests Of The Ai ​​Platform After Expansion And Will Assist In Carrying Out Acceptance Tests By The Ordering Party, As Well As Prepare Reports On The Tests Referred To In This Point; 8) Will Assist In The Ordering Partys Security Tests And Will Remove Security Vulnerabilities Detected During These Tests; 9) Will Ensure Training For The Ordering Partys Employees In Accordance With The Principles Specified In § 4 Section 42 - 50 Contracts; 10) Will Provide 20 Annual E-Learning Subscriptions Prepared By The Manufacturer Of The Extensive Part Of The Ai ​​Platform (In The Scope Of Administration, Use Of This Part Of The Ai ​​Platform And Construction, Implementation And Maintenance Of Ai Models) In Polish Or English; 11) Will Carry Out Consultation Orders Received From The Ordering Party Regarding The Administration And Use Of The Ai ​​Platform For Up To 480 Man-Hours; 12) Will Provide Access To A Catalog Of Ready-Made Components For Building Ai Solutions In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Chapter 3 Of Annex No. 1 To The Agreement, Throughout The Period Referred To In Point 3; 13) Will Conduct Workshops On The Construction And Implementation Of Models On The Ai ​​Platform After The Expansion, During Which He Will Build And Implement Two Models: A) Speech-To-Text For The Polish Language - Based On The Recording, The Model Prepares A Transcription And Then A Summary, B) Chatbot In Polish For The Selected Thematic Area Using The Rag (Retrieval Augmented Generation) Technique.
