Tender For Improvement To Certain Roads At Smq And Technical Area At 25 Ed Af Stn Devlali Under Ge Af Ojhar; 1 Material and Labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and making true dust free surface, applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-10) @ 5 kg per 10 sq metre on existing black top and providing bituminous semi dense concrete (design mix)30 mm consolidated thickness using 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen VG-40 laid / spread uniformly by means of mechanical paver over black top surfaces and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. 2 Scarifying or picking gravelled, WB macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and exc 50mm but n exc 100 mm deep and all all as specified and directed. 3 Material and Labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required (of grading as specified) type of stone granite/trap /basalt and including screening with moorum, watered, consolidated and compacted each layer seperately to the required grdient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power rollercomplete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and Labour for preparingunsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc ,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and all other as specified and directed. 5 Material and Labourfor paving bitumen evenly a priming/tack coatwith bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm meters on WBM surface and all other as specified and directed. 6 Material and Labour for providing bituminous semi dense (design mix) 40mm consolidated thickness using 6% of binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen VG-40 laid/spread uniformly by means of mechanical paver over black top surfaces and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to requiredcamber and gradient complete all as specified anddirected. 7 Material and Labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line , stop line , dases arrows etc and the like nexc 10cm wide on road pavement with hot applied thermopastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 326-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer instructions complete all specified and directed. 8 Material and Labour for moorum / red bajri filling in road berms laid in layers 75 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering ramming to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed 9 Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. 10 Material and Labour Premix bituminous macadam, with 75mm or less thickness using 4% paving bitumin of binder(VG 30) content of total wieght of mix, mixed in computerized hot mix plant laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help laid by mechanical paver and power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity etc complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and Labour cement concrete work in pavement/hard -standing of flexural strength 40 kg/sqm centimetre in field using 400kg of cement per cubic meter , thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and Labour forming 20mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade A in 150mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.. 13 Material and Labour 20mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules , spaced at 300 mm centers , including boring form work and preformed filler for dowels. 14 Material and Labour for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deepx 10mm wide filled with sealing compound bitumen grade A complete all as specified and directed.. 15 Material and Labour for forming construction joints 30mm deepx 10mm wide filled with sealing compound bitumen grade A complete all as specified and directed.. 16 Material and Labour for finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, using brooming complete all as specified and directed.. 17 Providing ad laying dry lean concrete (DLC) 100mm thick of aggregate gradation as per table 1 of SP 49:2014 having 7 day average compressive strength not less than 7 mpa , minimum cement content not less than 140 kg/cum DLC mixed in batching plant, transported to site and laid by electronic sensor paver incl spreading and compacting using high amplitude tamping bars of paver (initial compaction) futher by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory rollers with 80-100 kn stattic weight to achieve minimum dry density , necessery finishing etc complete all as specified and tolerence to be as per table 900-1 of morth specifications for road and bridge work complete all as specified and directed.. 18 Repairs to potholes , not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal). 19 Material and Labour for Bouldour pitching grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 over sides of road embankment, fillling earth surfaces etc all as specified and directed. 20 Material and labour for removing excavated material exc 250m but n exc 500m and depositing where directed. 21 Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil. 22 Returning, filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 23 Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 24 Material and Labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregete as in bed block/coping including necessary formwork (straight or curved) weathered slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.. 25 Material and Labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete /sub base complete all as specified and directed. 26 Material and Labour for brick work with flyash bricks, straight or or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 27 Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. 28 Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on wall complete
