Tender For Additional / Alternator To Steel Gates And Flag Mast At Icgs Kavaratti Under Ge Navy Lakshadweep; 1 Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed 2 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description by cutting rivets not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed 3 Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Cutting holes in brick wallsin cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 for depth exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick complete all as specified and as directed. 5 S&F framed work as in doors or gates of stainless steel grade 316L (16702), ASTM (86221) standard, welded types(12413), ISO(20239) certified using complete ERW or induction butt welded stanless steel sheeting or other covering. etc as required including either hooks and hinges or stainless steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) and hanging , guide channels fixing floors also stainless steel fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed. 6 S &F 2.0 mm thick plain, stainless steel sheeting grade 316L, mirror polished 240 girt fixed with welding complete all as specified and as directed. 7 S &F stainless steel roller grade 316L, ASTM standard, welded types(12413) for heavy duty type using ERW or induction butt welded stanless steel guide channels as required either hooks and hinges or stanless steel hanging door fittings complete all as specified and as directed. 8 S&Fstainless steel grade 316L as in running rails and guides also fastening of angle or other section with gusset plates ,rails, braces, pintel, pivots for gate etc., including drilling / fixing of guide rails/ channels in PCC 1:2:4 type BO using 12.5mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed. 9 S&F stainless steel "COAST GUARD" emblemin English letters n exc. 10 cm high on 2.0 mm thick plain, stainless steel sheeting grade 316L, mirror polished 240 girt,size of the emblem sheet shall not be less than area of 400mm X 400mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : - 01 No."COAST GUARD"emblemshall be considered as one jobfor the purpose of payment. 10 M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed 11 M &L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy spray paint of any colour over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed. 12 M &L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic weather proof emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Erection fixing only gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc complete after repairs / replacement of hinges etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Demolition of brickwork, stone / boulder or PCC Block masonry, built in cement mortar including allquoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed . 16 Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil ) to a distance of 100m or under including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed . 18 M&L PCC1:4:8 type D2 by by using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 Type A1 nominal mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as infoundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams,plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 20 M&L RCC 1:1.5:3 Type A1 nominal mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as incolumns complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed 22 Mild steel CRS TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar workcomplete all as specified and as directed . 24 Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed . 25 M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonry 1:3:6type C1 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 completeall as specified and as directed. 26 M&L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation completeall as specified and as directed. 27 M&L hardcore withbroken stone aggregate of gaugen.exc 63mm depositedspread and levelled in layer not exc 15cm thick, wateredand rammedto true surface complete all as specified and as directed . 28 M&Lfor 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed . 29 M&Lfor 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate asin floor including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed . 30 M&L SS plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed . 31 S&F SS bolts, purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut.
