The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In Completing The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Pedagogical Library In Radom, Branch In Szydłowiec, Along With Landscaping. The Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Pedagogical Library In Radom, Branch In Szydłowiec With Expansion With An Elevator And Land Development Was Completed In Approximately 60%. The Ordering Party Was Forced To Withdraw From The Contract With The Current Contractor. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Select A Contractor Necessary To Perform Construction Works Enabling Comprehensive Completion Of The Investment And Putting The Facility Into Use. Description Of Work Performed So Far In The Scope Of Construction, The Following Were Carried Out: • Demolition Works, • Backfilling Of The Basement, • New Ceiling, • Flat Roof, • Reinforced Concrete Internal Stairs Were Poured, • Door Opening Lintels, • Foundations For The Elevator Shaft, • Thermal And Moisture-Proof Insulation Of Foundations And Floors, Elevator Shaft. Progress Of Construction Works - Completed, Except For The External Elevator With A Landing. No Changes In Method Or Technology Are Expected. The Remaining Works Must Be Carried Out Entirely According To The Original Design. In Terms Of Architecture, The Following Works Were Carried Out: • Replacement Of The Floor On The Ground, • Partition Walls, • Finishing Layers Of The Floor And Ceiling (Apart From Laying Vinyl Panels), • Tiles On The Walls Of Sanitary Facilities, • Installation Of A Roof Opening, • Casing Of Ventilation Ducts With Plasterboards, • Execution Of Single-Layer Plaster, • Laying Of Stoneware Tiles On The Floors, • Installation Of Windows, • Installation Of Internal And External Doors, • Gutters, • Finishing Layers Of The Roof, • Insulation Mineral Wool Boards, • Installation Of A Mullion-And-Beam Glass Facade, • External Window Sills, • Making Rails For The Installation Of Mobile Racks In The Warehouse. The Progress Of Works In The Field Of Architecture Is Estimated At 60%. In The Field Of Sanitary Installations, The Following Has Been Completed: • Water Supply Connection (Without A Water Meter) And Heat Connection, • Water And Sewage Installation Pipelines, • Installation Of Distributors And Distribution Of The Installation Central Heating, • Installation Of Parts Of Ventilation Ducts. The Progress Of Works In The Field Of Sanitary Installations Is Estimated At 30%. In The Scope Of Electrical Installations, The Following Has Been Completed: • Electrical And Low-Current Cabling, • Cable Connector, • Lightning Protection Installation (3 Masts Instead Of 5), • Earthing, • Cables Have Been Connected To The Electrical Switchboard.
