The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of An Implementation Schedule; 2) Dismantling Of Old Water Meters; 3) Delivery Of Brand New Water Meters With Verification In The Year Of Delivery Together With Communication Modules Described In The Swz. 4) Delivery And Launch Of A Telemetry System With A Collector Application And A Remote Water Meter Reading System And Software For This System Described In The Swz; 5) Delivery Of Computer Sets With Accounting Software For Efficient Service Of Residents. 6) Delivery Of Documentation: A) Hardware Documentation, Catalog Cards, Certificates, Approvals, Declarations And Others. B) Software Documentation Consisting Of Technical And Operational Documentation As Well As Documentation Regarding Integration With The Billing Module. 7) Training Of Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Described In The Swz; 8) Carrying Out Control Readings Of Water Meters When Checking The Effectiveness Of The Reading (Must Be Performed On The Day Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works);9) Ensuring The Maintenance And Technical Assistance Of The Remote Reading System For The Ordering Party Free Of Charge For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of System Launch;10) Granting The Ordering Party A Warranty For Movable Items And Software In Accordance With The Swz And The Submitted Offer. 11) Granting A License/Sub-License For The Software Covered By The Contract. The Quantitative Requirements For The Hardware And Software Along With Its Parameters Were Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.
