The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Following Services In The Łopiennik Górny Commune: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live; 2) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point; 3) Double Collection Of Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste And Used Tires From All Residential Properties In The Łopiennik Górny Commune; 4) Providing Commune Residents With Bags And Containers For Mixed And Segregated Waste - The Number Of Mixed Waste Bags Is Approximately 1,174 Pcs/Month For Mixed Waste And Approximately 5,870 Pcs/Month For Segregated Waste, And After 150 Black, Yellow, Green, Blue And Brown Bags For The Łopien-Nik Górny Commune Office, 2 1100 L Containers For Mixed Waste, 1 Container For Bio-Waste, 3 1100 L Containers For Plastic Waste, 2 1100 L Containers For Paper And Cardboard Waste, 1 1100 L Container For Glass Waste; 5) Conducting An Information Campaign For The Community Of The Łopiennik Górny Commune Regarding The Principles Of Selective Waste Collection And Collection Schedule - Preparation And Delivery Of 1,500 Leaflets To Residents. The Expected Amount Of Mixed Municipal Waste To Be Collected Within 12 Months From The Area Of The Łopiennik Górny Commune - 182 Mg, And Selective Municipal Waste - 261 Mg (In This Includes The Amount Of Waste To Be Collected From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point And From The Collection Of Bulky Waste, Used Tires And Electrical And Electronic Waste Collected Separately - 82 Mg).4.2. Characteristics Of The Łopiennik Górny Commune:1) The Area Of The Commune Is 10,600 Ha (106 Km2).2) The Number Of Inhabitants Actually Living In The Łopiennik Górny Commune Is Approx. 2,932 People (As Of November 24, 2025). It Is Estimated That During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Population Number May Change By +/-2% (I.E. By Approx. 60 People).3) The Number Of All Properties Located In The Łopiennik Górny Commune - According To The Submitted Declarations, From Which Municipal Waste Will Be Collected Is Approximately 1,176 (+/-3%), Of Which: - In Farm And Single-Family Buildings - 1,174 - In Multi-Family Buildings - 19, In 2 Multi-Family Buildings.4) The Commune Has 15 Towns: Borowica, Dobryniów, Dobryniów Kolonia, Gliniska, Krzywe, Łopiennik Dolny, Łopiennik Dolny Kolonia, Łopiennik Górny, Łopiennik Nadrzeczny, Łopiennik Podleśny, Majdan Krzywski, Nowiny, Olszanka, Wola Żulińska, Żulin. The Number Of Properties In Individual Towns Is Included In Table No. 1.5) Selective Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Located In Łopiennik Dolny 43, Next To The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department.
