The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties In The Łomazy Commune Indicated In The Description Of The Order, According To The Given Frequency: 1. Frequency Of Municipal Waste Collection From Residential Properties: 1) In Single-Family Housing Areas: A) Paper And Cardboard - Once A Quarter; B) Metals, Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging - Once A Month; C) Glass - Once Every Two Months; D) Bio-Waste - In The Period From April To October - Once A Month;E) Wet Fraction - In The Period From April To October - Once Every Two Weeks From November To March Once A Month;F) Ash - In The Period From October To May - Once A Month; G) Residual Waste - Once Every Two Weeks.2) In Areas With Multi-Family Buildings: A) Paper And Cardboard - Once A Quarter;B) Metals, Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging - Once A Month;C) Glass - Once Every Two Months; D) Bio-Waste In The Period From April To October - Once Every Two Weeks;E) Wet Fraction - Once Every Two Weeks;F) Ash - From October To May - Once A Month; G) Residual Waste - Once Every Two Weeks.3) Bell-Type Containers For Plastic And Glass Placed In The Commune, Each Time Upon Telephone Notification By The Ordering Party.4) Used And Expired Medicines - Collection From The Collection Point Located In The Pharmacy At Łomazy Ul. Plac Jagielloński 29 And The Pszok Point Located At Ul. Rolnicza 2 After Prior Telephone Notification. 2. Collection And Management Of Waste From The Selective Waste Collection Point (Pszok) Run By The Commune: 1) Waste Consisting Of Paper And Cardboard;2) Waste Consisting Of Glass;3) Waste Consisting Of Metals, Plastics And Multi-Material Packaging;4) Bio-Waste;5) Wet Fraction;6) Ash;7) Residual Waste;8) Expired Medicines;9) Hazardous Waste;10) Furniture And Bulky Waste;11) Used Batteries;12) Used Accumulators;13) Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment; 14) Used Tires; 15) Construction And Demolition Waste From Households; 16) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households; 17) Waste Of Textiles And Clothing; 18) Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In Households; 19) Textile And Clothing Waste.4.2. Rules For Waste Collection And Management.1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Waste In A Way That Ensures Maintaining Appropriate Sanitary And Environmental Protection Standards, In Particular To Prevent Waste From Spilling Out Of Containers And Bags During Collection, Reloading And Transport. The Contractor Should Immediately Clean Up Any Contamination Arising During Waste Collection.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Vehicles And Equipment Used For The Implementation Of The Contract In Proper Technical, Sanitary And Orderly Condition. Vehicles And Equipment Must Be Washed And Disinfected At A Frequency That Guarantees Their Proper Sanitary Condition.
