Part 1: Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties, Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreation And Recreation Purposes From The Area Of The Mielnik Municipality. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Services: 1) Collection And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste Indicated In The Order Description From Owners Of Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses And Used For Recreational Purposes, Located In The Mielnik Commune, Collection And Management In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of The Required Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse Of The Following Fractions Of Municipal Waste: Paper, Metals, Plastics And Glass In A Given Year Of The Contract Validity And The Level Of Recycling, Preparation For Re-Use And Recovery By Other Methods Of Non-Hazardous Construction And Demolition Waste At Least At The Rate Applicable In A Given Year In Accordance With Art. 3B Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733) And The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment On The Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods Of Certain Fractions Of Municipal Waste, And Achieving The Level Of Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill At The Level Specified In Art. 3C Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment On The Levels Of Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill And The Method Of Calculating The Level Of Limiting The Mass Of This Waste, Organizing A Selective Waste Collection Once A Year As Part Of A Mobile Waste Collection Point, I.E. Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, 2) The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out A Campaign During The Term Of The Contract Information And Education Promoting The Segregation Of Municipal Waste In The Mielnik Commune.3) The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Obligations Of The Contractor Described Below, Consisting Of: A. Providing Property Owners With Containers For Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste (Sorting Residues) On The Principles Described In Point Iii Of This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, B. Purchase And Delivery Of Bags For Separately Collected Municipal Waste To Owners Of Single-Family Properties On The Terms Described In Point Iii. This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, C. Providing Owners Of Multi-Family Properties With Containers For Separately Collected Municipal Waste, On The Principles Described In Point Iii Of This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, D. Preparing A Service Schedule According To The Principles Described In Point Iv Of This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, E. Reporting Related To The Activities Covered By The Order, I.E. Preparing Reports And Statements Described In Point V Of
