1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. Catering Services For The Ordering Party - Preparation And Delivery Of Meals And Tableware For Children Aged 3-6, Attending: Public Kindergarten In Dobrzeń Wielki Ul. Kościelna 1, 46-081 Dobrzeń Wielki And Kindergartens At The School And Kindergarten Complex In Kup, Ul. 1 Maja 6A, 46-082 In Kup.2. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed Based On A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order, Applicable Legal Provisions And Technical Knowledge, Taking Into Account Explanations And Changes Made By The Ordering Party During The Public Procurement Procedure - If Any, And Also Based On The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 3. Place Of Service: A) Public Kindergarten In Dobrzeń Wielki, Ul. Kościelna 1, 46-081 Dobrzeń Wielkib) Kindergarten At The School And Kindergarten Complex In Kup, Ul. 1 Maja 6A, 46-082 W Kup.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Four Meals A Day, I.E. Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Two-Course Dinner (Soup, Main Course) And Afternoon Snack For A Group Of Up To 190 Children (125 Children In The Kindergarten In Dobrzeń Wielki And 65 Children In The Kindergarten In Kup). Meals Will Be Delivered On All Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Except Public Holidays And Days Off From Classes In Kindergartens, Referred To In Point 1. The Estimated Number Of Days On Which The Catering Service Is To Be Provided Is 228 Days For The Kindergarten In Kup And 231 Days For The Kindergarten In Dobrzeń Wielki. The Contractor Will Be Notified About Breaks In The Kindergartens Operation For At Least 7 Days In Advance, Except For Exceptional Situations - Documented By The Ordering Party, E.G. The Need To Temporarily Close The Kindergarten By Sanitary Services Or Caused By Situations Beyond The Ordering Partys Control. 5. Meals Will Be Delivered Twice A Day From 7:00 A.M. To 7:30 A.M. Breakfast (First And Second) And From 10:30 A.M. To 11:00 A.M. Lunch And Afternoon Snack. 6. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Number Of Meals Delivered During The Duration Of The Contract May Total To Both Kindergartens: 43,695 Portions Of Breakfast, 43,695 Portions Of Lunch And 43,695 Portions Of Afternoon Snack (Kindergarten In Dobrzeń Wielki - 28,875 Packages, Kindergarten In Kup - 14,820 Packages). The Volume Of Meals Delivered Is An Estimate. Depending On The Attendance Of Children Or Changes In The Declarations Of Parents Willing To Feed Their Children, The Quantity May Be Reduced, But This Fact Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims.
