The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection, Disposal Of Municipal Waste And Management Of This Waste From The Facilities Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Olsztyn In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, I.E. 1) Children And Youth Support Center Ul. Rzepakowa 122) Support Center For Children And Youth Ul. Wiecherta 23A3) Shelter For The Homeless Ul. Towarowa 18B4) Accommodation In Olsztyn Ul. Towarowa 185) Daily Social Welfare Home, Zpś No. 3, Support Center For Disabled Children And Youth Ul. Świtezianki 4 And Świtezianki 4A6) Day Social Welfare Home Ul. Orłowicza 277) Daily Social Welfare Home For Disabled People Ul. Emilii Plater 138) Child And Family Support Center, Care And Education Facility Nagórkowa Dolina Ul. Kajki 612) Foster Care, Zpś No. 2 Ul. Dąbrowszczaków 1013) Social Work Complex No. 3 Ul. Kopernika 452. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged, At His Own Expense, To Equip The Ordering Partys Facilities With Containers, Waste Bags, Containers Marked With A Sticker Regarding The Marking Of The Collected Fraction And Segregation Rules. Place The Containers In Places Designated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The List Of Locations Included In Table No. 2 To The Opz And To Maintain The Containers In Appropriate Technical And Sanitary Condition.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Waste Collection Schedule For Each Location, Which Will Ensure Regularity And Repeatability Of Waste Collection. The Schedule Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Immediately, No Later Than 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Providing The Service To Have: 1) Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Business Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Insurance Sum Not Less Than The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Order And To Maintain This Insurance Throughout The Period Of Service Provision. 2) A Current Entry In The Register Of Regulated Activities In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners, Kept By The Commune Head, Mayor Or President Of The City Competent For The Place Of Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners, Referred To In Art. 9B Section 2 Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1469). 6. The Contractor Will Exercise Due Diligence When Executing The Order And Will Perform The Service Based On Applicable Legal Provisions And In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Contract Template Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
