1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Green Areas In Areas Managed By Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Tbs In Częstochowa Sp. Z O. O. - Excluding Housing Communities, Consisting Of: 1) Felling Of Trees And Removal Of Wood, 2) Cutting In The Tree Crown And Removal Of Branches, Depending On Needs, Including: Sanitary, Corrective, Forming, Screening, Technical And Reduction Cuts, 3) Mowing And Raking Lawns, I.E. Grass, Weeds And Overgrown Plants, Including Those Growing Near Elements Of Small Architecture, Electric Poles, Lighting, Signals, Road Signs And Other Elements Of Technical Infrastructure Along With The Removal Of Green Waste Generated, Within The Following Periods: A) From April 15 To June 10, 2026 - One Lawn Mowing, B) From July 1 To August 14, 2026 - One Lawn Mowing, C) From October 1 To November 15, 2026 - One Mowing Lawns, 4) Planting, 5) Weeding Green Areas/Squares Twice A Year In The Months - April - May 2026, August - September 2026 (Ul. Focha 80 - 150 M²; Ul. Pułaskiego 42 - 350 M²; Ul. Korczaka 2 (Plac Sybiraków) - 750 M²; Ul. Czecha 2A, B, C – 200 M2; Al. Armii Krajowej, Ul. Dekabrystów – Skrzyżowanie – 300 M2; Ul. Bardowskiego 23A – 856 M 2;Ul. Bardowskiego 33B – (Przy Siłowni + Od Strony Balkonów) – 360 M2; Ul. Bardowskiego 31 – 120 M2; Al. Niepodległości 29 (Pocket Park) - 280 M2),6) Trimming Of Bushes, Hedges And Shrub Suckers Along With Biomass Removal, Twice A Year - April - June 2026, September - November 20262. The Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed By The Contractor According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Contract Concluded With Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Tbs In Częstochowa Sp. Z O. O., Based On Orders Issued By The Operations Branches, Containing The Scope Of Works Necessary To Be Performed Along With The Area Covered By The Order. Attention! Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor May Inspect The Areas In Consultation With The Relevant Operations Department. The Addresses And Telephone Numbers Of The Headquarters Of The Operations Branches Are Provided In Appendix No. 9 To Swz.3. The Trees To Be Cut Down Described In Point Iv.1.1) Of The Swz Include Trees Included In The Issued Decisions And Felling Resulting From The Employers Emergency Needs. 4. The Expected Scope Of Work Given In The Offer Cost Estimate Constituting Annex 8 To The Swz Is An Estimate And Is Used To Determine The Price Offered By The Contractor In The Offer Form. The Expected Scope Of Work May Be Reduced Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Specific Scope Of Services, And If They Are Not Performed, It Will Reduce The Contractors Remuneration Accordingly. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Performance Of: 1) A Minimum Of 60% Of The Order Consisting In Cutting Down Trees And Removing Them, 2) A Minimum Of 60% Of The Order Consisting In Cutting Trees In Tree Crowns And Removing B
