The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1. Delivery Of 4 Water Treatment Plants As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025/2026. Each Station Should Meet The Following Criteria: A. Capacity Of 900 L/H, B. Filtration Technology: Sediment Filter, Activated Carbon, Micro/Ultrafiltration, C. Uv Sterilization, D. Power Supply - 12/230 V, E. Should Include A Chlorinator, Hoses, Water Distributor, F. Possibility Of Servicing And Obtaining Spare Parts In Poland, G. In Addition, The Station Should Provide Treated Water Taken From Each Non-Saline Water Source Meeting The Requirements Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 7, 2017 On The Quality Of Water Intended For Human Consumption (Journal Of Laws, Item 2294), 2. Transport And Unloading Of The Devices To The Ordering Party And Placing Them In The Indicated Place, I.E. Headquarters Of The District State Fire Service In Oświęcim, Ul. Zatorska 2, 32-600 Oświęcim,3. Performing All Necessary Installation Works In A Way That Enables The Proper And Safe Operation Of The Devices, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations,4. Commissioning The Station And Conducting Technical Tests Confirming Its Efficiency And Compliance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party,5. Training Of Staff In The Use And Operation Of New Devices,6. Providing As-Built Documents, User Manuals, A Catalog Card Containing Technical Data, A Warranty Card, And The Ce Declaration Of The Equipment Manufacturer (All Documents Must Be In Polish). The Delivered Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Unregenerated, Complete, Of Full Value, Technically Efficient, Safe And Ready For Work, Free From Material And Manufacturing Defects As Well As Physical And Legal Defects, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Its Correct Operation. In Addition, It Should Have The Required Documents, Approvals, Certificates To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions For A Given Equipment/Equipment, As Well As Appropriate Certificates Allowing It To Be Sold And Used In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland. The Ordering Party Informs That If The Description Includes Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product, Supplied By A Specific Contractor, They Only Refer To The Quality And Type Of The Product, And The Ordering Party Cannot, For Objective Reasons, Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Therefore Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Any Indications In The Tender Documentation Regarding The Proper Names Of Materials, Devices, Products Or Manufacturers Should Be Treated As Examples. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products, Provided That They Have Technical, Functional And Quality Features Not Inferior To Those Indicated.
