The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Catering Service Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Meals To Order (First And Second Breakfast, Two-Course Lunch And Afternoon Snack) For Preschool Children From 3 To 6 Years Of Age Who Will Attend Kindergarten In 2026. The Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 Of The Swz. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Agreement. Meal Delivery Cycle: The Contractor Will Prepare And Deliver Meals On Kindergarten Working Days, Maintaining The Schedule For Serving Dishes To Children: 1) First Breakfast: 8.302) Second Breakfast (Snack): 10.003) Two-Course Dinner: 11.304) Afternoon Tea: 1.30 P.M. The Number Of Daily Portions Will Depend On The Childrens Attendance. Meals Should Be Delivered To The Classroom And To The Dining Room (School Canteen), At Your Own Expense And Risk, In Specialized Thermoses (Containers) That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Food. Thermoses (Containers) Must Be Closed Tightly So That Liquid Meals Do Not Spill During Transport. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Joint Deliveries Of Breakfast And Second Breakfast Or An Afternoon Snack With A Lunch Meal, Because The Ordering Party Does Not Have Kitchen Facilities Or Tableware. When Delivering Meals To Children Who Eat In The Classroom And Who Eat In The School Canteen, The Contractor Is To Provide Plates, Glasses (Cups) And Cutlery For Each Child Every Day. And After Finishing The Meal, Take Away The Dirty Tableware. At Each Meal, I.E. Breakfast, Lunch And Afternoon Tea, There Must Be A Clean Set Of Plates, Cups And Cutlery. The Dishes In Which Meals Will Be Served Must Be Undamaged, Uniform, Reusable, Suitable For Scalding And Meeting The Standards Of Use For Children In Public Catering, With Stainless Steel Cutlery. After Each Meal Serving And Eating Time (Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Respectively), The Contractor Collects Post-Consumer Waste, Dirty Dishes Used For Delivering And Storing Food, As Well As Tableware Within 1 (One) Hour, Cutlery And Cups (Glasses). The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Washing And Disinfection Of Dishes Used For Meals, In Accordance With Sanitary And Microbiological Rules And Regulations And Systems Ensuring Food Health Safety.
