The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services In The Krasne Commune At The Place Of Residence Of The Ward In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Which Are Awarded In Accordance With Art. 50 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 901, As Amended). 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Care Services Will Be Provided To The Patients In Their Place Of Residence Or Stay In The Krasne Commune. 2) Number Of People Covered By Care Services – Approximately 12 People Per Month. 3) Estimated Number Of Hours Of Care Services - Approximately 500 Hours Per Month. The Subject Of The Order Includes An Estimated Number Of Hours Of Care Services In The Amount Of Approximately 6,000 Hours In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 4) The Number Of Hours Indicated Above Is An Estimate And May Change Because It Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health Condition And Life Situation Of People Requiring Help. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims, Including Compensation For Reducing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, And It Cannot Be The Basis For Refusing To Perform The Guaranteed Part Of The Order. 5) Care Services Should Be Understood As Services That Include Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care Recommended By A Doctor, Nursing And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment. 6) The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, In Particular: - Assistance In Dressing, - Shopping Together With The Patient Or Independently, - Lighting The Stove, Bringing Fuel, Water (If Necessary), - Bringing Or Preparing Meals, Taking Into Account The Diet Prescribed By The Doctor, Feeding And Cleaning After The Meal, - Washing The Patients Personal Underwear, - Washing Or Carrying And Collecting Bed Linen And Clothes To/From Laundry, - Ironing, - Ongoing Cleanliness Of The Apartment Of The Person Receiving Assistance, In Particular Taking Out Garbage And Periodic General Cleaning Of The Apartment, - Calling A Doctor In Situations Requiring His Intervention And Filling Prescriptions, - Handling Necessary Official Matters (Post Office, Administration, Bank, Etc.), - Reporting Repairs To Home Appliances. B) Hygienic Care, In Particular: Ensuring The Personal Hygiene Of The Patient (Help With The Morning And Evening Toilet, E.G. Washing, Bathing, Combing, Shaving, Washing The Head, Cutting Nails, Etc.), Assistance In Taking Care Of Physiological Needs, Including: Changing Diapers, Changing Personal Underwear And Bed Linen, Making The Bed Of The Patient, Preventing The Formation Of Pressure Sores And Rashes On The Patients Body, Putting The Patient In Bed And Helping With Changing The Body Position Of Immobile People, Keeping Sanitary Equipment And Sanitary Facilities
