The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New, Current Production Emergency Kits In The Form Of Evacuation Backpacks, Meeting The Technical, Functional And Operational Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Delivered Kits Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Delivered Kits Should Be Complete, Ready For Operation On The Day Of Delivery, The Kits Should Be Delivered With An Operating Manual In Polish. The Kits Should Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty, And In The Absence Of The Manufacturers Warranty, The Contractor Is Obliged To Covering The Delivered Equipment With A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery. The Above-Mentioned Delivered The Assortment Should Be Originally Packed By The Manufacturer, And If There Is A Need For The Contractor To Interfere With The Original Packaging Or Device, Its Repackaging Should Contain Elements Identifying The Contractors Interference, E.G. By Sticking A Tape With The Contractors Name Or Other Identifying Sticker In The Opening Places. The Sets Must Have Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Permits For Use And Must Comply With Applicable Standards. Delivery Of The Above. The Assortment Includes Purchase, Transport And Delivery/Delivery To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Place Of Delivery To The Contractor No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract, But It Will Not Be More Than 20 Km Away From The Ordering Partys Registered Office.
